Description:: This DCSF review for the House of Commons has been triggered by a range of issues and concerns about the systems for keeping children safe and ensuring that they receive a suitable education are as robust as possible. Under the report’s recommendations parents would be required to register as home educators and have their progress reviewed by local authorities. A total of 28 recommendations are made in the report.
