Description:: This document invites comments on amendments to the Education (Prohibition from Teaching or Working with Children) Regulations 2003 and proposals changes to the Day Care and Child Minding (Disqualification) (England) Regulations 2005. These draft regulations for consultation will mean that individuals cautioned, as well as convicted, for sexual offences against children will automatically be entered on List 99 and barred from working in schools and other education settings.
