This is the second report from a study that is tracing the decision-making processes that have influenced the life pathways of very young children who were identified as suffering, or likely to suffer, significant harm before their first birthdays. This report explores their progress between the ages of three and five, with particular emphasis on their experiences on entering education. Leadership Briefing issue 6.12(72)
