Do we really need to look abroad for better schools?


Like an exciting holiday souvenir that doesn’t look quite the same on the shelf at home, ideas plucked from more 'successful' education systems like China or Finland rarely have the intended impact here in the UK. So why, asks David Cameron, do policymakers keep doing it?
