Easing the financial burden of moving to academy status


The freedom to make changes to the curriculum and target resources where they are most needed are just two of the many reasons why almost half of secondary schools in England are now academies. So what changes to financial processes do you need to be aware of in the first year after becoming an academy? And how can you use technology to make this easier to manage?
