Engaging the invisible parent


Assessing the satisfaction of your parents and identifying their concerns is vital in helping your pupils to progress and achieve. But how do you do so when only ten parents in the entire school will respond to the questionnaires you send out? Ian Rowe details some strategies to get all of your parents involved and let them know their voice matters.
