This study from the University of Warwick and the Institiute of Education, University of London, shows what eight participating LAs have learned from undertaking innovative projects aimed at improving parent confidence in the SEN process, including the challenge of information exchange, developing communications, provision, involving parents in SEN panels and supporting parents at transition.
