Nearly 50,000 teachers left the profession in 2015. And this year seems set to be no different, with record numbers of teachers seriously considering ending their careers. How can they be persuaded to stay? Stewart McCoy takes a look at two key areas of teacher retention: experienced teachers nearing retirement age, and younger workers just joining the profession.
