Workforce Remodelling Study


This new research from Select Education shows the impact of workforce remodelling and the effect on staffing extended schools. The research shows the importance and ability of non-teaching staff to support education and the curriculum, by highlighting that the majority of roles needed to support teaching and learning through services such as extended schools programmes are non-teaching.
