This CUBeC research examines the growth of schools in England, and in particular the growth of high performing schools, and specifically asks whether the education system in England is doing a good job of mimicking market incentives for popular services to expand. This report by Network for Surviving Stalking and Women’s Aid Federation of England provides a guide and recommendations to stalking and internet safety. The report focuses on risks associated with smartphones. With 60% of the UK population aged between 16 and 34 now owning a smart phone, and with new technological advances constantly being launched, the guide is released at a time when potential victims are susceptible to new forms of stalking.
